New Function

The single-phase three-wire/three-phase system (option) feature has been improved.

The master-slave parallel operation (option) has been improved.

Firmware version 5.xx is not compatible with version 4.xx or earlier.

As such, a firmware version check function that runs when a multi-phase operation system or parallel operation system is turned on has been added.

If the PCR-LE system contains a mixture of version 5.xx and version 4.xx or earlier versions, “TRBL-22 VERSION ERROR” will occur when the power is turned on.

New Function

An aperture time setting function has been added.

* In conjunction with this addition, the following functions have been changed or deleted.

- The measurement update interval of measured values has been changed to aperture time (except line voltage measurements and harmonic current analysis data).

- The measurement averaging function has been deleted.

- The estimated minimum frequency function has been deleted (a function that was available when an analog signal interface option (EX05-PCR-LE) was installed).

The soft sensing correction range has been changed from +10% to ±10%.

Frequencies less than 40 Hz have been excluded from the Soft sensing operation correction range.

The protection function processing that takes place when a sensing wire connection error is detected has been changed.

When the protection function is activated, “ALM-22 SENSING FAILURE” will occur.

* However, depending on the hardware version, the previous error (TRBL-22 SENSING FUSH TRIP) may occur. In this case, the method to clear the sensing wire connection error is the same as before (turn off the power switch and then back on).

When a sequence is ended in AC+DC mode, the problem of the voltage not being set to the AC voltage specified in the last step due to the peak voltage limit when the preset DC voltage before starting the sequence + the AC voltage waveform’s peak value set in the last step falls outside the -431 V to 431 V range (H range) or -215.5 V to 215.5 V range (L range) has been fixed.

If the output was turned on immediately after a sequence was stopped with the OUTPUT key, the PCR-LE/LE2 was generating the voltage specified before the sequence execution. This has been corrected so that PCR-LE/LE2 generates the voltage at the end of the sequence.
